Introduction
Welcome to episode 1, friends! My goal for this podcast is to empower and encourage you to make the shifts in your life to feel + be your very best - inside and out. I personally spent years struggling to do so and being caught up in the corporate grind, neglecting my own health, lacking any real knowledge in how to actually take care of my body and just feeling like a shell of myself most days. Since then though, through several ups and downs + trials and errors, I've been able to get to the other side of that and step into what's truly the healthiest, happiest and most authentic me that I've ever been. I've been able to heal my body from years of terrible eating choices, chronic dieting, living off of stress 90% of the time and all of the things that we all know too well and have created a thriving coaching business where I help women do the same. I'm so excited to bring some of that support, guidance and encouragement to you through this podcast as well because life sure is beautiful when it's one that you THRIVE in.
