5 Things I Wish I Knew Starting My Health & Fitness Journey
Since starting my own journey in 2018, I’ve thankfully been able to gain invaluable lessons through my education, personal experience and working with clients… so today, I’ve taken some of that and put together a few things I know now that I only wish I knew then. I hope you can take what you need from this episode to make the absolute most of your journey because it truly is such a sweet and life changing road to be on.
