Daily Habits to Support Your Metabolism

Today’s topic is one of my favorites - and that’s metabolic health.

 

More specifically, we’re going to be talking about simple things that everyone can and should be doing on a daily basis to create and support a healthier metabolism. And I think everyone can benefit from this message in some way because the fact of the matter is, statistics show that 88% of Americans have metabolic issues - meaning that ONLY 12% of us are considered metabolically healthy. That is insane you guys… and an epidemic in itself you ask me.
