Shift Your Focus for Fat Loss
So excited to be back here and to kick off the New Year with you guys.
With the New Year, I know that so many of us are in the mindset of self improvement, setting goals, taking back control in different areas of our lives and while no there’s no magic in the New Year, I do love the extra push that it can give so many people to really start or restart in their goals - especially from a health and fitness perspective.
My goal with today’s episode and those to come through the rest of this month (stay tuned!) is to help you be successful not in just reaching those goals but to do so in a way that finally sticks, that becomes your lifestyle to where you don’t find yourself back here AGAIN next January and starting over for the umteenth time.
We’ll get to more strategic things in the episodes to come around macros, metabolic supportive habits and all the things but first I want to dive into something that’s deeper than that and it’s what you actually focus on day in and day out as you’re working towards these goals - specifically if those goals are that of fat loss or weight loss.
