Why There’s No Such Thing As ”The Best Diet”

We're back and thank you for being here with us! In today' episode, I dive into one of the questions that I get asked SO OFTEN. And that is always some version of “What is the best diet?” 

 

"Emily, what nutrition plan should I follow?"

“Do I need to cut carbs?”

“Should I not eat anything processed?”

“Do you recommend that I do paleo?”

“So and so loves their vegan diet - should I do that?”


And my answer is simple - it depends. I break down what I mean by that and why there's several nutritional approaches that work really well + what they all have in common as well as some nutritional red flags you can keep an eye out for too.
